Ikon Marketing Group LLC has been in business for more than 23 years. It is the parent company of a group of entertainment, events and software brands operating in the Tri-Cities, Washington — it exists to hold and support those brands, while the work itself happens under the individual names.

What that looks like in practice

The group's current shape is built around live entertainment. Heat Entertainment Group runs weekly karaoke, trivia, music bingo and bar bingo across the Tri-Cities, plus wedding DJs and private events. Running that many recurring nights created problems worth solving properly, and the rest of the group grew out of solving them.

Heat Trivia became a hosting platform other bars and restaurants can license. Heat Karaoke turned a weekly night into a multi-night championship series. Find the Fun is the public-facing events guide. Hng.is is the infrastructure underneath — multi-brand social scheduling and branded short links for every property in the group.

Heat Social is the web and social arm. It builds the sites and the automation for the group's own brands, and does the same work for outside clients — four of which you can see on the client work page.

Why it's structured this way

Every brand runs on shared infrastructure rather than its own island. One team, one set of tools, one server. That keeps a small operation able to run a lot of moving parts — and it means the systems we sell are the same ones we depend on ourselves.
